Because the service is based on a wireless 4G LTE connection, speeds vary based on network coverage, tower proximity, and network traffic. While we don’t guarantee speeds, we can check signal strength and speed for your service address to show you the quality of service we offer before you decide to work with us.
The service is available throughout the US. As long as you have 4G LTE signal, we should be able to get you connected. Please contact us to setup an appointment.
No, the service is offered on a month-to-month, prepaid basis with automatic renewal. You can cancel the service at any point without incurring a cancellation/termination fee. If cancelling during the initial 30-day trial period, you can return the equipment for a refund for the equipment cost, minus the 30% restocking fee.
